Five Finger Death Punch are getting a little "Priestly" help on their latest single. The band teamed up with Judas Priest frontman Rob Halfard to record "Lift Me Up," which is available digitally today.
Five Finger Death Punch first shared the new tune during their performance with Halford at the "Revolver" Golden Gods Awards earlier this month.
Singer Ivan Moody says it was "absolutely surreal" working with Halford, whom he calls "THE Metal God."
"Lift Me Up" is the first release from Five Finger Death Punch's upcoming album, The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 1. The record is due out July 23rd, while "Volume 2" is expected out this fall.
